Rebecca is based in our Myrtleford office and attends our other offices frequently to see clients.
Rebecca was admitted in Victoria in February 2013. Developing a passion for the area, Rebecca then completed her Masters of Applied Law (Wills & Estate) at College of Law in June 2015 and most recently has been recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria as an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates in October 2018.
Rebecca joined Nevin Lenne Gross as an Associate Solicitor in January 2016 and became a director in 2022. Rebecca is the head of the Wills and Estates Department.
Rebecca is passionate about advocating for clients in a clear and practical manner to obtain positive outcomes.
Rebecca is an expert in the area of Wills and Estates and is able to assist clients with all types of matters in this field. These include, but not limited to, Advising on and drafting complex Wills and Succession planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney (Financial & Personal), Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker documents, VCAT application, Administration of Deceased Estates, Superannuation death benefit claims, Testators family maintenance and Family provision claims.
